Netherlands via Post.nl (1-2 business days)
- < €100: €4.95 (letterbox package)

Belgium via Post.nl (2-5 business days)
- < €100: €6.95 (letterbox package)
- < €100: €9.95 (standard package)

Europe via Post.nl (3-5 business days)
- < €150: €9.95 (letterbox package)
- < €150: €14.95 (standard package)
- > €150: Free shipping
Order before 3:00 PM, and your package will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
RETURNS
Not satisfied with your order or changed your mind? No problem! We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
Please note: return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
Submitting a return request is straightforward. Just follow these steps:

Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit code.

Select your order:
- Click on the order for which you want to submit a return.
- If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you wish to return.
- Choose a reason for the return and optionally add a note for the store.

Submit your request:
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return address. Once the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: undamaged, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Important: You are responsible for the goods until they reach our location. We are not liable for lost return shipments.
Our return policy does not apply if:
- You refused delivery for any reason.
- You provided an incorrect address.
- You were absent during delivery.
- You did not follow courier pickup instructions.
In such cases, any applicable refunds will be reduced by shipping costs (both to you and return), administrative fees, customs duties, and/or charges.

Return Costs
Returns within the 14-day reflection period are free of charge, and we will refund the full purchase amount.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- For items that are damaged or show signs of excessive use beyond determining their functionality, features, or nature, you will be held liable. We reserve the right to charge costs for this.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene policies.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have by submitting a return request. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 7 days.
If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over €100), the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This means you will receive the purchase amount minus shipping costs.
Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
