SHUNGITE

Shungite is a natural, black stone with a high carbon content, originating from Karelia in Russia. It is the only place in the world where authentic shungite is found.

- Cleansing with selenite – place the shungite on a selenite plate or in a selenite bowl to energetically cleanse and charge it. Selenite works as an energetic reset, without affecting the structure of shungite.

- Rinse with water – rinsing occasionally under cold, running water removes energetic load.

- Discharge on salt – place her on coarse (natural) salt for a few hours to release heavier energy.

- Charge in sunlight or moonlight – morning sun or full moon is especially suitable.

Shungite is used for protection against electromagnetic radiation (EMF), energetic purification, grounding, and in some cases for purifying drinking water.

Many people use shungite as a natural EMF protector for phones, laptops and routers. Although scientific evidence is still limited, its energetic effects are widely recognized in spiritual and holistic circles.

Regular shungite contains 30-50% carbon and has a matte appearance. Noble shungite contains up to 98% carbon, has a metallic sheen and is rarer, more valuable and more powerful on an energetic level.

Real shungite:
- Conducts electricity
- Leaves black marks when rubbed
- Comes only from Karelia, Russia
- Has a matte or silvery surface (depending on the type)

First rinse the rough stones well, place them in a glass carafe with water and leave them for at least 6 hours (preferably 12). Only use regular shungite, not noble shungite, for water purification.
