Warranty

At Deva Loves, we attach great importance to quality. Our jewelry and products are carefully selected and shipped. Nevertheless, something can go wrong during transport or use. In that case, you can claim the warranty.

Report a defect
Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of its discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Please contact us via shop@devaloves.com or via the contact form on the website. We will assess whether the warranty applies and inform you about the next steps.

Please note: the warranty does not apply to

• Wear and tear, damage or breakage due to incorrect use

• Damage after alterations or repairs by third parties

• Loss of jewelry
