At Deva Loves, we value quality. Our jewelry and products are carefully selected and shipped. However, something can still happen during transport or use. In that case, you can claim warranty coverage.

Report a defect
By law, you're obligated to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

For this, please contact us at shop@devalives.com  or via the contact form on the website. We will assess whether the warranty applies and inform you of the next steps.

Please note: the warranty does not apply to

  • Wear, damage or breakage due to improper use

  • Damage after modifications or repairs by third parties

  • Loss of jewelry
