1. Who we are

Deva Loves (“we” / “us”) operates the webshop devaloves.com, hosted on the Shopify platform.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through our webshop.

3. Age & use

You confirm that you are of legal age or have permission from a parent/guardian. Unlawful use or misuse of the site is prohibited.

4. Offer & prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT. Typographical and printing errors are reserved.

5. Ordering & payment

The agreement is concluded as soon as you complete the order and we confirm it by email. Payment is made using the payment methods offered.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place within the specified time frames. See our Shipping Policy. The risk is transferred upon delivery to you or the third party designated by you.

7. Retention of title

Products remain our property until the full purchase price has been paid.

8. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have 14 days to cancel your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return the product. See our Returns Policy for details and exceptions.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

After notification of the return shipment, the retailer has 14 days to refund the order amount.

9. Warranty & non-conformity

You are entitled to a sound product. Report defects within 2 months of discovery. We will arrange for repair, replacement or refund. See also our Warranty Policy.

10. Complaints & disputes

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, except where required by law (e.g. intent or gross negligence).

12. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, we may suspend our obligations or terminate the agreement without being liable for damages.

13. Intellectual property

All texts, photos and designs are the property of Deva Loves. Use without permission is prohibited.

14. Privacy & cookies

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes

We may amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on this page.

16. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or, failing that, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
