Returns & Right of Withdrawal – Deva Loves

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After registering, you have 14 days to return the product. In the event of a full withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price plus the standard shipping costs for the initial delivery. The return costs are at your expense; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product in its original condition and packaging with all accessories, if reasonably possible. Please handle the item with care: if the product (or packaging) has been used or damaged more than necessary to assess it, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Pack your return carefully; you are responsible for it until it arrives at our premises.

How to submit a return

Via your account (recommended)

• Log in with your email address (you will receive a 6-digit code).
• Open the order and select the items you wish to return.
• Select a reason and add a comment if necessary.
• Click on “Request return”.

Email us at shop@devaloves.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address by email.

Refund
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your cancellation notification. We may wait to refund until we have received your return. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
