Inner diameter: measure an existing ring:
• Choose an existing ring that fits the desired finger.
• Measure the inner diameter of the ring (in mm).

Finger circumference: measure your finger with a ruler
• Take a strip of paper about 5cm wide and 10cm long.
• Wrap the strip around the desired finger. Make sure that the strip is not too tight (after all, it still has to be able to be removed).
• Then mark the point of overlap.
• Then measure the length with a ruler. That is your ring size and view the table below.
