Bracelet Repair Service

Each bracelet is hand-strung with care and attention. We consciously choose sturdy elastic, but natural materials are also subject to use, tension, and wear and tear. Therefore, a bracelet may break; sometimes after a long period of wear, sometimes unexpectedly sooner. This is unfortunate, and precisely then, we are here for you.

We believe it is important that you can continue to wear your jewelry. That is why we offer a repair service, tailored to the time the bracelet broke:

Within 1 month of purchase
If a bracelet breaks within one month of purchase, we will repair it once free of charge. You can bring the bracelet to us or send it to us; we will ensure it is carefully re-strung and returned to you.

Between 1 and 3 months after purchase
If the bracelet breaks during this period, we will repair it for €5.95, excluding shipping costs.

After 3 months or with intensive wear
After three months, or if the bracelet has been worn intensively, we charge €7.95 for re-stringing, excluding shipping costs.

Request a repair
If you wish to request a repair, please send us a message via WhatsApp or email to shop@devaloves.com with a photo of the bracelet. We will contact you and arrange the repair.

This way, your bracelet remains a meaningful piece of jewelry; carefully repaired, so you can continue to wear it with joy.
